Best Groove - Sept Stars
September’s Virgo season is checking the list to see if you are not on it (not whether you have been bad) as the chaos of Uranus going retrograde is a chance to go AWOL, or enjoy Neptune’s spiritual quest at the Aries Full Moon.
1st September: Cancer Mars Square Aries Saturn Rx @ 13’
You are allowed to sulk on the first day of September, and you do not need to explain or give a reason. Mars in Cancer still has so much work to do in the next month, clearing out any emotional backlog. Mars’ square to Saturn is the switch that can release any old ties or binds to past events that you’ve been pondering on for far too long. You might squirm at the letting go, but it has to be done.
10th September: Planetary Ingress & Uranus Stations Retrograde @ 5’
The 10th September is a busy day with two planetary ingress with Venus entering Scorpio and Mercury entering Libra. The sudden-ness of realisations or groovy invitations for love, sex and romance might give you whiplash as feelings and situations change so dynamically. Uranus stations retrograde on this day too, so expect miscommunication, changes to plans, cheeky mistakes. Please do not get upset when your day goes awry. Surrender to the explosion as it may clear the way for more stimulating factors to emerge.
11th September: New Moon @ 18’ Virgo
Straight after the previous day’s explosions, little Miss Virgo has her New Moon, and her certainty is perhaps what we need. Here she gives precise, pure, and exacting points to put things on a more even - and clever - keel after so much recent excitement and turmoil. Enjoy the detail, look into the small print, This might give the validation, the thumbs up, we need to proceed on our merry way. Say yes to the dress!
17th September: Chiron Rx Ingress Aries part 2
On 17th September Chiron retrogrades back into Aries again, for the familiar focus on our personal healing journey. Chiron is here until 1st of April 2027 giving us just over six months to get on with our life mission. There may be a situation that helps us grasp how far we have grown - or indeed, what is still needed for us to grow up and look maturity in the eye. Adulthood and responsibility beckons.
23rd September: Equinox Sun Ingress Libra
The Equinox is on 23rd of September, when day and night are equal, and we might feel the turning of the year, the passing of time and our place in this great cycle of life. Libra season is the balm we need to assimilate into the best groove and count our blessings, no matter how temporary. This is the 'make hay, get busy, stay pretty, smile, wink wink, whilst the Libra sun shines’.
26th September: Full Moon @ 3’ Aries Conjunct Neptune (at opposition)
On the 26th September we have the Aries Full Moon at 3 Aries, the fire-starter, the get up and go, the klaxon, YET, the Moon’s exact conjunction to Neptune brings enough water to put these fires out. The enthusiasm will be there, but perhaps not the action. Have we been thwarted before we even get started? We may get the feeling that we are being blocked for some other-worldly reason we cannot understand yet. There is the possibility this Aries Full Moon conjunct dreamy Neptune will open doorways to the spiritual worlds, to other dimensions, to new realisations and personal awareness of something beyond this matrix.
On this day, Neptune will reach opposition to the Sun and this makes it far easier to see from Earth, so get your binoculars to the ready as you WILL be able to see Neptune in the night sky, rising in the East as the Sun sets in the West.
28th September: Mars Ingress Leo
On 28th September sexy, fiery, angry Mars enters warm and engaging Leo where he is happy to play. This is a YES, oh yes, force to follow what you love - don’t waste time on anything you don’t love, in fact, give it the heave-ho. This feisty energy is the ‘whoops, there goes my shirt’, as charm, sexy certainty, raw power all agree to fund the party, your projects or lifestyle. Let Mars in Leo zest up your life now because the Mars retrograde in early 2027 is the grand detox, stripping back life to bare essentials.
30th September: Mercury Ingress Scorpio
On the last day of the month, Mercury joins Venus in Scorpio and things are about to get dark. After so many ‘yes’ aspects, where you may have felt the flow of abundance, this is the spotlight on reconsidering or downsizing some of your progress. Get ready to look at your finances, or at least what you are creating financially - and also perhaps your sexual habits - this is Scorpio remember. Both these planets will retrograde here and we will not be able to shirk off any of the revelations, no matter how distasteful or unnerving.
